Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026.

This policy sets out the content standards, screening, reporting and enforcement that apply to every topic, lyric, title and style you submit to RapBooth and to everything RapBooth generates for you. It applies together with our Terms of Service.

What RapBooth does

RapBooth writes rap lyrics from a topic you describe, turns lyrics into songs with a beat and vocals, and makes short rap videos from one of your songs, one photo you upload and an optional description of the scene.

Underlying AI models

Everything RapBooth creates is generated by AI. Songs, including the vocals and the beat, are generated by Suno’s V6 music model, and lyrics are written by Suno’s lyrics model. Videos are generated by MiniMax’s H3 video model. All of these models are accessed through the KIE API platform. We do not train models on your content and we do not present the model providers’ names or logos as our own brand. Everything RapBooth generates is AI-generated and is never presented as human-made.

Content standards and prohibited categories

You may not generate, or ask RapBooth to generate, any of the following:

We also prohibit harassment and defamation of real people, disinformation, spam and fraud, content that promotes terrorism, extremism or self-harm, and attempts to get around our safety checks, for example with prompts written to evade screening.

Zero tolerance. We remove content, close the account and may report to the authorities as soon as we learn of child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors, content that promotes or assists terrorism or mass violence, or deepfakes of a real person, whether or not that person consented.

Photos you upload

To make a video you upload one photo. Upload only your own photo, or a photo of someone who has given you clear permission to use it. You confirm this before every video, and you may not upload photos of celebrities or other public figures, photos of children, photos of people who have not agreed, or any intimate or sexual image. RapBooth makes a video of the person in your photo performing your own song. It does not put one person’s face onto another person’s body or footage, and it does not use anyone else’s videos or music. Permission from the person in a photo never makes a deepfake acceptable. We delete the original photo 7 days after the video is made.

Content moderation

Screening before generation. The topic you enter for lyrics, the title, style and lyrics you enter for a song, and the scene you describe for a video are checked twice before they reach a model: against our own list of blocked terms and phrases for the categories above, which we update whenever a report or a review shows us a new way around it, and by the Waffo Prompt Sift content-safety service. A request that is blocked, or that is held for review, is never sent to a model and is not charged. If the screening service cannot be reached, we stop instead of generating unchecked.

Screening before display. Lyrics that the model writes are screened again before we show or save them. If they do not pass, you are not shown them and your credits are returned. Audio and video cannot be screened before they are made, so for songs we screen the lyrics, title and style that drive the song, and for videos we screen the scene description and use only your own song’s lyrics. Photos are not screened automatically: we rely on your confirmation before each video, on reports, and on human review.

Validation and human review. Input is also checked for length and format on our side. Content that screening flags, and content that users report, is reviewed by a person through the safety address below.

Records and severity levels. For every request that is blocked or held we keep the outcome, reason code and request ID, never the text you wrote, and we keep reports and what we decided. Levels: L1 Critical (child safety, terrorism): blocked automatically, confirmed by a person, account closed. L2 High risk: flagged, reviewed first, content removed and account suspended. L3 Medium risk: reviewed by a person, warning and removal. L4 Low risk: opened by a report, warning and a required correction.

Reporting

You can report content or behaviour that breaks this policy, including AI-generated content that impersonates you or infringes your rights. Email safety@rapbooth.app and tell us what you saw and where. A person reads every report. We keep the reporter’s identity confidential and we act on reports that are deliberately false.

Response times

L1 Critical: first response within 24 hours. L2 High risk: within 2 business days. L3 Medium risk: within 5 business days. L4 Low risk: within 10 business days. When a case needs longer we tell the reporter why.

Enforcement

We may issue a written warning, remove content, reduce or stop generation access, suspend an account while we review it, close the account permanently, remove unused credits from an account closed for a serious violation, and report to law enforcement and cooperate with an investigation. We start with the lightest measure that fits and escalate for repeated or serious violations.

Appeals

If you think we acted in error, email appeals@rapbooth.app within 30 days of our notice, with the date and what happened. A person who was not involved in the first decision looks at it again and we reply within 10 business days.

Changes

We will give at least 15 days’ notice before a material change to this policy. Using RapBooth after an update means you accept the updated policy. This is a content policy, not legal advice.
