About credits.
A few things worth knowing.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every pack is a one-time purchase. Nothing renews automatically and there is nothing to cancel.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your account until you use them.
What if a generation fails?
Credits for a failed generation are returned to your account automatically.
Can I get a refund?
Credits are digital and are added to your account as soon as payment completes, so completed purchases are final once credits have been used. If you were charged but did not receive your credits, or were charged twice, email support@rapbooth.app and we will fix it or refund you. Nothing here limits any refund right you have under the law where you live.
Which payment methods can I use?
The methods available to you are shown at checkout. Depending on your location they include PayPal and major cards through our payment providers.
